Mourinho's offence is because of the comments he madeafter the

an off-the-ball incident he had with a player of Sunderland.Faria was charged with two counts of misconduct that include the use of abusive words against the match officials

It could be recalled that Mourinho refused to take questions after the Sunderland defeat that ended his unbeaten Premier League home record as Chelsea manager.
After the match, he described the
performance of the centre referee, Mide Dean as "unbelievable", and Mike
Riley, head of refereeing body Professional Game Match Officials
Limited, in a television interview.It could be recalled that Mourinho refused to take questions after the Sunderland defeat that ended his unbeaten Premier League home record as Chelsea manager.
The FA alleges that his comments call into question the integrity of Dean and/or Riley and/or bring the game into disrepute.
While Mourinho has until 18:00 BST on Monday to respond to the charge, Ramires has until 18:00 on Thursday to respond to the charge.
Faria has until 18:00 on Monday to respond to his misconduct charge.
